Refund policy
Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, and Downloadable Content)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, audiobooks, and other downloadable content are generally final and non-refundable once access, download, or streaming has been provided.
By purchasing a digital product and receiving immediate access to the content, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased content, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a replacement copy when appropriate.
Physical Books
We accept returns of physical books within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Customers are responsible for contacting us before returning any item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
If your physical book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.
EU and UK Customers
For customers located in the European Union and the United Kingdom, consumer rights apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Please note that the right of withdrawal or cancellation may not apply to digital content supplied electronically once access has been provided, where the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that they may lose their statutory right to withdraw or cancel the purchase.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
